Sara has a sincere passion and gift for listening and providing healing to those suffering from all walks of life. She is a Wellcoaches certified Personal Health and Wellness coach as well as a graduate from Stanford University earning her B.A in Human Biology and an M.A. in Religious Studies. She is a certified Yoga Instructor and Vipassana meditation practitioner both for 13 years. She has been a dancer for 23 years teaching others the benefit and power of movement. Sara is a Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA’s MARC and Semel Institute of Neuroscience. She is both a scholar and artist, reading & writing philosophical, poetic and musical pieces. As an avid traveler having traveled 21 countries from a young age, Sara has a deep cultural awareness, sensitivity, and perspective which makes her dynamic and empathetic. Her self-motivating, and high-intensity drive and focus gives her an uncanny ability to problem-solve, understand, and achieve both in team and individual settings.
