In addition to providing me with the tools I need to treat my addiction, Milestones gave me a much needed break from my intense life in politics. I treated my 30 days here like a sabbatical where I lost weight, focused on wellness and emerged centered and ready to move forward in a highly productive way with the rest of my life.
