Milestones Ranch Malibu, Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa and The Friends of Boyle Heights threw “An Evening of Hope” to benefit music and arts programming at the Boyle Heights Technology Youth Center. Honorees included Antonio Aguilar (accepted by Pepe Aguilar), Radio Personality Talaya Trigueros, Actor/Comedian Sinbad, Actor/Comedian/Artist Cheech Marin, Radio Personality Felli Fel and Harold Owens of the Grammy Foundation.
