Margit Herrman, Health & Wellness Coach
Margit Herrman has a 3rd degree black belt in karate, and a degree in psychology from Welfen College in Munich, Germany. She studied sports medicine and competitive sports coaching at the Karate Academy in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Margit was a member of the German national karate team, and is a European karate champion. She is also a Certified Rape Prevention Instructor, and has developed prevention program for women (“Amazoning”) and children (“Strong”).
After immigrating to the United States ten years ago, Margit worked as a bodyguard, fitness expert, life coach, and health and wellness coach. She recently completed her first book, “Eyes on Target: The Fundamental Principles of Alignment Towards Success,” based on her 25 years in the martial arts and wellness worlds.
